Mic placement

I would like to know where is the most ideal place to mount the mic for the 506T glass break sensor?

I kinow there is some guys out there that has installed this glass break sensor and know where the correct place to place this mic for the sensor.

I usually mount mine on the front windshield by the upper a-pillar. It seems more sensitive there.
