You should get a quality SQ amp if you're gonna spend the $$$ to buy Rainbows.

Yes, or Genesis, McIntosh, Phass, or Helix/Brax. There are some other lesser SQ amps that would do you well too if you can't find one of these in your price range. Good luck.

Yea good luck is right!!!

If I were you I'd look into the 25 to Life Rockford's at Sounddomain if you just want power/dollar value + warranty. Otherwise you could probably score a used Zapco Reference 2 channel for around your budget price.

Would Jl 300/2 will be comparable to ZAPCO REFERENCE AMP? in my price range? amp has to be ordered by tommorow, not looking for used stuff.
plz post your comments.

yep cal25 soft dome Titanium

FYI..

Silk/fabric= soft dome

Aluminum compounds= hard dome

Those used to come in the much more expensive ProVanadiums back in the day, nice tweeter.

You'll be fine. You dont need any of those 'SQ' amps. Any amplifier that makes rated power and good numbers will get the job done. if you want a high end amplifier for your own tastes and install goals is one thing, but amplifiers for most partt are the smallest difference maker in a system. Just be sure you have ample power and that that power you seek is available at low distortion operating levels.
