I bought this processor three months ago and paid just over 1200.00 after tax OEM from a local store. I have no need for a processor this power as it turns out, I overclocked it on air at 3.8Ghz once to see if it would run cool and it did. This processor is basically 4 processors. It is dual core with hyperthreading which helps a TON when playing games/running applications/etc. I'm going to start at 900.00 or best offer. It's been in my actual computer for 2 months ran with 2 GB DDR2 667mhz memory. This processor IS 64-bit, as well as 32 bit, which is very very nice for the upcoming release for vista.

Bump. This is different than a normal pentium d 840 is because of HT, 64-bit capability, and some other stuff that will let this overclock like crazy. If you have a liquid cooling system, expect over 4.12Ghz from this bad boy. This processor is pretty sick and will tear up most of the AMD lineup. I'll drop the price to 850.00 (tahts' a 350.00 loss on the spot on my part)
