how big is the wireless connector for the controller?

The ones for the pelicans is normally about 3 inches long and slightly wider than the PS2 controller port.

From looking into the box (since its sealed) the connector seems to be 1.5 x 3.5

the cathode tubes, how did u wire them?

They actually were just sold, but they have them on ebay for like $15-20. just take the pos/neg wire and tap them into any dome light and they will go off when the door is shut.
