What's the difference in the Rainbow Component?

so what's the difference between the SLC 365 & SLC 365 Kick? based from the spec, the only thing I can see the difference between those two is the mounting depth... so is there any other difference other than the mounting???

kick's have a stronger midbass presence. This is what I was told from Mr 6speedcoupe :)
