1 is stock (works) and one has a blue/clear case ( i dont think it works, cant exactly remember if it works or not, i'll have to test, but i think it might just be a parts phones.
Both come with battery, just make me an offer

blue phone is a parts phone, one of the buttons (PTT) broke, but lcd's are good
also comes with holder, and usb cable (cant find a charger, but im sure there is one around here somewhere)
