Excellent construction there sir. I even like the Q-logic-esque black caulk to seal (true purpose) that they pass off as "wood glue" :D

Oh nice, haha, I thought that was Pen or marker for some reason...I thought I was gonna have to caulk it myself then wait another day to put the sub it...sweet

lol yeah I saw black caulk up at home depot so I figured I'd give it a try, Q-logic ftw!!!

The black caulk sure does fill in larger holes the best.

Hell yeah, have you ever tried the brown stuff? It reflects sound waves better and usually results in a 5-10db increase. I only use that in pure spl enclosures though. :D

Yeh, I dont have a ton of experience carpeting box's but I think it turned out good, especially for what I am charging him!;)

front baffle looks really thin, probably just cuz the carpet is hangin over a bit

Yeah, its 3/4 mdf
