I was wonering if there are any better comps than the eDi 6000s that cost less than $140? That is the most I am willing to spend, I know they may not be as some rainbows and whatever but I am not trying to create the worlds best system. I just want something that sounds good. I am open to any suggestions of comps less than $140. Thanks.

i have the CDT cl61a and they sound great, i can crank the volume and the silk tweets still sound great without killing my ears like my old mbq's. The mids are very clean and clear with nice midbass
i personally would strongly suggest the cdt cl61a and they can be had for under 140 bucks shipped online

Just to let you guys know, I would stay away from Boston SL60's. I bought a set thinking they would be a step up, or at least rival my CDT-CLa's, due to the fact that they have seperate passive units for mid/tweet, and the passive itself dwarfs the CDT's in size. I found that the Boston mid pops and distorts terribley at anything under 100k, with the gain set at half the level the CDT's run at comfortably. For $140 you cant beat the CL-61's.
