Right now my shopping list for when I go to lowes monday looks like this:
1 board of 3/4 MDF, Titebond II Wood Glue or Liquid Nails, 100% Silicone II, 2" Screws, 3 Bags of Polyfil, 2 Cans of Rhino Liner, Egg Crate(To put behind componets), and Great Stuff Insulating foam(for inside of Trunk Lid)...You guys got any recommendation/comments on that list? Also which glue should I use on my enclosure?

Might want to get something to make sure the eggcrate doesnt mildew.
Theres a spray product of some sort made for that specific purpose.

Ditch the silicone.Use the liquid nails as the sealent, use the wood glue to glue the box together.

I was told that silicione 100% pwns all as a sealent. It and Titebond II should be a nice combo.
