Would I need an adapter? I thought the f-150 had a 6x8 speaker?

same sh*t!! dif manufacturers list them differently. And somelike pioneer list it the same and will show speakers as a 5/7-6/8 cutout. most 6/8 speakers are a 5/7 but that ofset extra set of mounting terminals lunts them to a 6/8

well then the speaker sway should take bout a half hour with only fronts. Its great how big of a change you can get in that truck with such little work. and the amp is easy as f*ck to run aslo. you already have an amp in there?
