mixed resin wouldnt work cause it would be hard by the time it left the factory

unless it was oxygen activated.
then it would harden as soon as you open the can

yeah I highly doubt it is pre-mixed resin it just wouldn't work, post up some pics or a link to what you have so we can get a better idea.

It means there is a tube of MEKP hardener with it. Usually packaged under the plastic lid.
But I knew what you meant ice. ;)

x2 and the chemicals in the resin will react with the latex in most gloves so you have to use your bare hands.

Yeah I've seen a guy who tried to get the tube of hardner at the bottom while wearing a latex glove..... it wasn't pretty..... doctors had to amputate ......:scared: .

You guys are mean. Gonna scare people into not using gloves. Then we're gonna have 4 gazillion posts asking how to get dried resin off skin :)

hahaha, yeah yeah I hope they know I'm just bullshittin. Resin is such a pain to get out or off of anything. Anyone know of a way to get that stuff out of clothes. Enough washing and picking and you can usually reclaim your hands but how about a spot on some jeans or a shirt or something.

Nope, just soaks in . And you end up with the lovely brittle spots waiting to become holes :)
