Okay how do i take my box and make it so it has no 90* angles?? Does it do that much for you in the way of hit and sound quality?? Does it do anything negative to your box?? And what materials do I use??

Thnx for the input.

i dont personally think that it is "Harmful" per se'
All it would do, if anything, is reflect the sound in the direction if the hypotenuse (Angled board)... If this is a sub box, then it shouldnt matter wether it is no 90* or not :) at least that is what seems to make sense to me.

Unlike full range tower speakers, sub boxes car only about the internal air volume. Unless you are making a HUGE box, internal waves shouldn't be a problem even if you use all 90 degree angles. Any materials would work that works normally; the only difficulty would making the right angles to join everything and I am one lazy bastard that hates triple checking every calculation for a regular box.:D
