cda-7998 or p880prs ?????

I have a cda-7998 but I was thinking about getting rid of it to get the new p880prs. What do you guys think I shlould do?

Never owned that Alpine but I am very happy with the P880PRS.

Depends on how well the alpine meets your needs.
Does the 880 have features you would use that arent available on the alpine?

The 880PRS in my car is the best DSP I have ever heard, car or home audio. Tunability is unmatched and I love everything about it. I wouldn't buy anything else without looking it over carefully if I were you... My two cents.
