What size roundover bit is everyone using for there boxes?? Any problems hitting screws? And what size do you guys use for rounding the edge on the inside port??

I use a 1/2'' bit, I remove screws before hand (after glue is dry) same size for any ports, though I usually supersize ports if I can.

i think what i use is a 1/2 as well, not 100%, and ive never hit any screws.

you can also adjust the depth to very shallow if you just want a slight curve...ive never hit any screws that way.

screws? who uses those nowadays haha. use a half inch, round the corners before u assemble.

i roundover every corner AFTER i assemble...seems a lot easier that way imo
