i got a 99 gmc sierra pickup and do u think 2 12"s would fit under the seat? Just put them in seperate boxes and put one under each seat. I might need some polye stuffing and would it sound good?

It depends on how much room you have under your seats. And wether that's enough room to provide the airspace for the subs you have. :)
