could just be the pix but how wide is that port? otherwise looks pretty good man better than my ported boxes turn out hahaha
the port is 2.5" wide.
any help on where to caulk?

It's in the auto section with the floor mats and crap here. Usually down on the bottom shelf in one of those cut out rack boxes :)

Yep.
Its in plastic wrap so you might not see it.
Pep boys also sells it for about the same price.

i used the black walmart stuff and it was good, and like 3 times cheaper than they other box carpet, with they had more colors though

Box looks good, but that isn't heavy at all ;) When your sub/box combo weighs 160lbs, then you can start saying it's heavy.God I miss that set-up lol.
