i know they ugly :p:

but did you see the features on them?

the Accuset MX-22 2-way crossover enables optimal soundstage and performance by providing tweeter level attenuation and crossover slope adjustments. The Accuset MX-22 crossover offers bi-wire and bi-amping capabilities. Morel's Accuset MX-22E crossovers allow easy adjustment of the crossovers (6dB or 12dB slope adjustment and 4dB - in 2dB steps - tweeter level attenuation settings). The easy-to-use system enables optimal soundstage and performance.

there is also an optional "remote" you can use so you can adjust the settings up front.

i know the ovations need a lot of power but i'm pretty sure thats not a problem. i almost picked up a set of dotechs myself, nice shallow mid and the tweet can play down really low(by tweet standards) on morels.

Buddy has the Morel Hybrid series. Great sounding Speakers. Extremley clear, etc. Would totally recomend them to anyone. I would say they sound better then the HEX series. IMO

Coworker is about to try the three way Ovations in his VW Bug. I have always had good luck with Morel, they always make some cool stuff. I'm partial to the higher end one because it shares alot of the technology with the home audio drivers (bigger VC, etc.)

Ill be gettin my dotechs in sometime this week, building mid pods and Apillars right now for em. But i have heard good things about them from the other sets that were installed.

And the hybrids Moelester has a set, but hasnt hooked them up yet. Xovers is pretty big but looks pretty bad ***.

I really cant wait to hear either.
