Everything is pretty much done on it except for the front baffle. Homedepot next to me was out of 1" MDF so I will try some other places tommaro and finish it up.

oh I forgot to say that it will be 1.75 cubic feet tuned to 32 hz. It is for a 12" W7

You've drawn lines, and cut panels. Nice.

By the way, you don't need 1" MDF if you brace adequately, and still then it isn't necessary.

its recommened by JL, if i can't find any 1" i will just use 3/4.

Seems like an interesting way of putting the port in, that is, if it's a slot port. Usually I don't put the top on until last, but thats just how I do it. Makes life alot easier.

Lookin' good construction wise. It would be nice to see some close-ups where two boards come together, just to see how accurate your cuts are.

Your comment proved 100% of nothing. Not using screws does not mean that your cuts are straight, that doesn't mean anything at all. Screws are only used to hold the wood together while the glue is drying.

Few things, 80% of the time manufacturer specs. ****.A box designed specifically for the combo/musical tastes would be much better.

Second, stfu about your garage......that isn't messy :p:.You should have seen my old garages, my current is pretty clean.Right now the shop is very messy, need to clean that some weekend.

You know I would think the same thing. I saw a 12w7 with a jl1000.1 in a jeep do a 142.7db in a 1.75 cuft tuned to 33hz I think he said, this past Saturday. never actually seen anybody enter spl contests with w7's before this weekend so I don't have much else to go by. I did how ever also see a dude with a single 13w7 and two what looked to be bd1500's in a neon do a 142.6db sealed so ??. Funny thing was a dude right next to dave had a pair of the premier 12" 3004's in a 4 cuft tuned to 39hz and a hk2000d in a neon only pull a 139.9db. :)

Is what you speak the truth?!?! You would think the people that designed the speakers would know a thing or two about the enclousure it belongs in. Now I'm not talking about Super SPL, I'm talking about all around preformance.

Not to offend anyone, but I see when certain people build a box other people critique it overboard. I hate the hatin, I don't want to make any remarks about certain members since it seems like they can't take the criticism. But who cares I only have 100 some posts what do I know about car audio.

Oh yeah, nice boks
