I've beening running mb quarts components sets for years and i'm looking a change looking for a better component set. Any ideas out there..

you like bright tweeters? how much are you looking for them? may i suggest dls up6's/ ur6s for a difference in sound?

i switched from running mb's for many years to running diamond audio hex series. they are cheaper then my mb's were and i have never been so happy with a speaker in my life... check um out...

Price range? I have CDT Eurosports and really like them. Smooth tweeter, not harsh at high volume like the Quarts.

well there are dls dealers on this forum. up6's will run you around 300 dollars though. Tplaya07 is a dealer and so is djdillion. I dont know if those are the right spelling for their names :(

I've run Quarts for years and have a set right now. My next upgrade will be to the Focal K2Power components. They sound incredible.

I think the UPs would be a bit more laid back than the normal harshness of the MBQs.

If your used to and like the MBQs may wanna consider Focals or Aluminum DAs.

If tuned properly (namely level setting), MBQs can sound quite good. The QSC-216 set I'm running active in the Xterra has really surprised me. Tweet does wonderfully off axis.
