this is it for now, glassing begins asap in the morning. the tape looks as though some ends are loose, but i promise you that their is tape under those loose ends, the glass will push them down as well.

shouldnt be honestly. its only gunna be the sides and bottom being glassed fully, plus the seams and ****, but other than that its wood. shouldnt be more than 60 bucks for resin. ~3 gallons from uscompomposites.

is it going to be an enclosure that will stay in the vehicle, and have to brake it to get it out, or are you going to make it in two parts, like left side and right side?

it MAY be abel to be removed, it may not. im not so sure of that yet. onece the bottom and sides are done i will see if it can be pulled out, if not it will be done in two pieces. i will go about that issue when it comes up to the surface of the build

2005 mustang, i will post a few pics in a minute. my camera died.....so ill try to find some batteries before i finish haha.

the plan switched up a little bit, its not gunna be as huge as i thought it would be, as i want it removeable. its gunna end up sealed, and mostly mdf, but not all.

Lookin' great. I like your method of holding the baffle. I, personally, would have used dowels or something more sturdy, but whatever floats your boat. :) I've never heard of anyone using tireshine for mold release wax, I've always used Pam.

Lithium batteries! Expensive as hell, but they last FOREVER! They're the only batteries that last longer than 5 minutes in my camera. I bought some about a month ago, and I haven't replaced them since! Probably ~100 pics so far.

Its like $19 for an 8 pack at Best Buy. Get them on eBay for cheap. :D

IMO rechargable batteries are worthless. You pay out the *ss for them, and they only last a couple months before they die.

You must have the wrong charger then. I have about 16 or so NiMh AA cells that I've been using for over 5 years without a problem. It's all in how you charge them.

well, the glassing i have pics of and all i think...... but the batteries died. i changed my plan up a little to make the install a little more easy/removeable haha. its really just the floor and seams getting glassed, but none the less, pics will be up tomorrow.
