Right now I am running two 12'' subs out of a sealed box and it does not sound good to me at all. I liten to mostly rap/hip hop. What would be the best kind of box for me, bandpass, ported, or sealed?

it would be alot easier to tell you what kinda subs you have along with the specs of the box they are in

I just have a couple cheap Ma Audio 12'' subs(350w RMS). My first system, I am on a limited budget. I don't know the specs of my box, I am new to this whole car audio thing

size dependant, put those bishes in a ported box at around 34hz...

:word: life son port them bishes .....you can try manufacturer spec first if you dont feel like designing since its geven to you right there

Take them out build a ported box for them tuned low to mid 30's You can get a plan from the box section of this forum
