Took these out of my lappie when I upgraded to 1 gig total so they've been just hanging out since, probably in there for 2 months if anyone cares.

they should as long as you have pc2700 slots in it , thats what they came out of

no i have a zv5000, but yeah upgrading to a gig helps a little bit, although any upgrade is of course better
