I will finish up tomorow and use a router on all corners and carpet. It is 2.3 cubes tuned to 29 hz with 29 inches of port area

looks good... i wanna see taht 12inch brahma i got a 15 :( but i blew it i think lol. looks good man hope to see u at some shows

Won't be long, I think that this car should sound great. 1800 watts, 5 speakers including sub. Not an SPL setup but a SQ setup that gets loud.

Yes it is going in the Ford Fivehundred, it is a company car and I am really pleased with it so far. Sometimes I put caulk on the outside if I cannot reach it on the inside actually I always put caulk on the outside just to be safe, then I carpet it using gel contact cement whick also fills in any cracks.

This also helps relieve stress when speaker is bumping and helps with box reconanse frequency.

BTW, Looks sick, SOUND CLIP!!!

Oh yea, where did you get the carpet?

sure brings back a lot of good memories of my brahma 12. it was in a 2.5 cu ft tuned to 28 hz.
