iv just 3/4's of the way built my box all thats waiting is for me to seal it up completly on the inside before i top it off , but my question is that on some joints i dident make it exactly clean cut and theres vary'ing spots where there is mayby a half centimeter/ to 1 centemeter wide open area between the two pieces of wood, if i stuff a bunch of caulk in there will it seal it up?
so far iv used this wood/furniture sililcone based sealent (i think) and i think its worked alright, and then i layered some more elmers wood glue (regular white kind) ... i figure if i just keep up this process it will eventually fill the gaps , but im just gonna go caulk the hell out of it.... opinions? (yes i know its a ghetto box but its my very first box and i actually think i did somewhat good considering its actually looking like a box  )

If theres really big gaps I would use fiberglass resin.

Resin by itself won't really help. Better to use some kitty hair if your going that route. I would try the silicon sealant first though if the gaps are really that small :)

Mix some sawdust (from mdf) and wood glue to make a paste and fill it that way then if you want you can sand it smooth or what not. That is also a good way to cover screws.

Six whole kitties...
Nah, two kitties, 1 iguana, and 1 hamster. It's a new blend I'm working on ;) :)
