If you can control your hobby and limit expense, it's a good thing really. I keep imagining
how fat my bank account would be if I didn't have this hobby.... It's like being a drug addict ...

I always have to top my crazy ideas.. Remember the cup on your ear with
a string to talk to someone far away ? What if you made a line array of
cups with strings to amplifiy the sound from the person talking on the other end
holding on one cup ? /// hehehehehehehehe ///

Thylantyr, I hate you...
You put all these crazy ideas in my head.... Starting off with a line array, which I would have done but pe.com ran outa the **** NSB's (I'm still kinda ticked). Now I got my BLH's, and now I'm thinking about a line array outa head phone drivers.... **** YOU MAN!
:p:
Dude, Decware > All
:D
The man can go downstairs and play with arguably the cheapest triode amps worthy of serious listening, drives a fully restored '70s 442 Monte, and gets to tap quite a fine piece of *** for her age...yes, I want to be Steve Deckert when I grow up

He may even pay ya to take them off your hands ;)

LOL, the more moving mass the worse the sound get's colored and the more speakers you put in an array the more audible phase problems you get.... Is that engrish, i guess that's what i get for working at a pro-pa company for 15 years.

Sorry, I was rather drunk last night, so I doubt much of what I said made sense :) It may not be a 442, but he has quite a nice '72 Monte Carlo.
Oh no, not the Mms debate again :)
MC Wiggles to the rescue...

Jerry was a race car driver
He’d say el solo number one
With a bocephus sticker
On his 442 he’d light ’em up
Just for fun

I was going to say that as far as I've ever heard a Cutlass is the only 442... we have a 72 that we're restoring.
