MA audio, BA, MB Quart, or Diamond

None of the stores in my area carry these speakers, so I am force to get other peoples opinions of these speakers. Which ones are the best for the money. All prices are for brand new speakers with shipping.

MA Audio MA629C = $180
-110 rms
-thin mount so i wont need a ring extension

Boston Acoustics SL60 = $220
-80 rms

MB Quart PCE-216 = $235
-130 rms

Diamond Audio D661a = $200
-100 rms

I dont really know why, but I have been leaning toward the MA audio's. Maybe its because they would be easiest to install.

Out of the ones you listed, I would go with boston. As for ma audio, they have never impressed me with any speakers they have put out, but thats just my opinion.

Personally I love the sound and cleanliness of Diamond Audio. That's one thing I can say about my stereo that the bass and the rest of it are very clean sounding.

Now is that comment really necessary:rolleyes: While I do agree that you can find a ton of info on those speakers if you just search, I never hurts to ask. IMO the Quarts will absolutely blow those others away...apples to oranges:cool:

Fox, you are right about being able to find plenty of info on all of those sets except for the MA Audio's which is mainly why I posted. Even though I did not say it earlier, the list was in order with the MA's on top. Mainly I am trying to find more info on that line of speakers or find people that have heard them. I am sure that the other 3 sets would all be great choices.

I'll vouch for the Diamonds D6s.

The mid is made by Eton and the tweets by LPG -- both VERY reputable European loudspeaker companies.
