Vent End Type

I am working on Bassbox and want to verify what one and two Flush ends mean ? I've looked everywhere not even bassbox help is clear on what it really is. If someone can clear this up for me.

ok. so when the vent turns inside the box, right? I am trying to get a picture in my head of how this would look when i build it.
