if you've never done one dont attempt it without someone that has or you will have a costly mess up 9/10 times
best advice i can think of ;)

i did it to my s10. My pointer....dont use a jig saw with metal cutting blades, unless you want to go through like 20 blades.

I know it should be a **** load of work, but has anyone ever successfully done this in a car, with the blow thru comming through the back seat into the trunk?

umm...why wouldnt you just remove the seat?

umm...why wouldnt you just remove the seat?
 I suppose that would be a tad easier.... ;)
So to further expand that, what would be put in place of the seat so there isnt just a jagged hole back there? Is it possible to throw a piece of MDF back there so it looks a bit cleaner, or would glassing be a better choice?
