You can get some light mat and cloth at walmart, auto part stores, and boat supply stores locally. Several places to find it online as well. Fiberglast.com uscomposites.com just a couple :)

no tanto :)

To get started all you really need is
mat and or cloth
resin and hardener
RUBBER GLOVES
Some disposable chip brushes
plastic containers to mix resin in
some sharp scissors to cut the mat / cloth
I suggest a fiberglass roller. You can do with out it. But once you have used one, you will smack yourself for not buying one sooner.
a couple plastic spreaders
And lots of ideas .........:)

Yeah you can do just pods. Looks are dependant upon you and your skills. :)

I use paper cups and/or paper paint buckets. cheaper than plastic.

Yeah, but I can reuse plastic. Just let the resin dry, then squeeze the cup. :)

I use these lovely cups from wally world that have 1/4oz. markings on the side of them. Like a $1 each. :)
