Ok, here goes: I already purchased an Alpine CDA-9830 headunit from Crutchfiedl:

I also purchase an auxillary input adapter to route my sound from the CarPC through:
http://www.crutchfield.com/S-kTOgAR...00&I=500KCM122B

Here is the twist:
I now purchased an Alpine XM Tuner TUA-t020xm off of ebay for a steal (~$36 with shipping)
http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dl...040%26fvi %3D1

My question is twofold:
a) Does Alpine make a dual aux input adapter? (I couldn't find any)
b) Since the XM tuner has 1 input and 1 output can I wire it like this:
Headunit > XM tuner > Aux In Adapter > RCA Out to CarPC

Thanks in advance for your help

Yes they do, its the KCA121B adaptor, gives you an aux and a AiNet input as well for you to run your sat radio through, or you could also run your auxilliary after the satillite radio interface because the interface has a pass through.

It is my understanding that the KCA-121B can only be used to connect one auxillary device. Do you think that this would work:

The ALP/AI-AUX Auxiliary input/CD Changer switcher allows the connection of an Auxiliary RCA line-level source [ iPod, DVD, VCR, Satellite radio tuners, MP3 Players] to the Alpine radio while still being able to maintain your CD changer or other Ai-Net device.

so yes... that will work... says u can use auxillary and an ai-net device
