Which of these 2 tweeters would yield me the loudest and most anoying sound if hooked up to car alarms siren or when direct to 12V?

if you stick em on direct 12v youll just get a little pop and probably a bit of smoke..

Ok so bad idea to hook up to 12v, but back to the idea place these around the car so that when somebody unwanted steps in, they set right back out.
which would be better?

Why don't you just pick up the DEI units made specifically for that purpose?
