I am building a sealed enclosure for one 12" infinity kappa perfect subwoofer. I plan on running < 300rms to the sub. The subwoofer specifies one cubic foot of volume for the enclosure. Does the volume specified compensate for the displacement of the woofer's cage/magnet or do I have to build a bigger box than 1ft.^3? For example, if the subwoofer displaces .3ft^3 and infinity specifies that it requires a 1ft.^3 box, should I build the box so the empty box's internal volume totals 1.3ft.^3?
