Here are some pics of my new box. Thanks to Moe Lester. Its each sub is seeing around 2 cu. ft. tuned to approx. 45. Gotta love the flush mount. Right now I dont have time to put it on the mic, but will post scores early next week. And it sits a hairline below the headrest of the seat! Plus right now its only being pushed by a (cough) coustic (cough) 400 watt amp. Next week it will be pushed by a 1500 watt elevation audio amp. Thanks Niko.

Holy crap. that's crazy. I plan on building/designing one that is very similar. How does it sound with the ports on a different plane than the subs?i've heard it can cause cancellation but have never been able to test it.

also, how did you get it tuned that low with two big-*** ports? what is that, like 6"? any port noise?

no port noise. and i am goin to test it out next week on vacation. they are 4" aeros about 12" long each

:( i wonder if u could fix up that corner with some bondo to make it look nice and sharp again

im using it right now for both daily on comp. i am having different size ports for daily and comp. I am goin to test the res. freq of my car this week and see what to tune it to. Right now the Coustic 400 watt amp just blows. Hopefully on wednesday i can get that elevation 1500 watt amp and post some results.Thought about covering the box but too lazy! plus i think it looks good without Carpet :)
