Click that link and it should bring you straight to the folder, if not go here : http://photos.yahoo.com/swampthang2003 and click on fiberglass camaro folder. I tried to take alot of pics as I was working on it but I guess I didnt show every step but most of them. Let me know what you think about the install and hopefully these will help some of you guys out who are planning to do something similiar. This is my first big fiberglass job and I learned alot while doing it, like how to do it alot faster the next time...oh well had to start somewhere.

Good work man, especially for a 1st timer. SI the dark grey your finished paint job? It doesnt look bad but it could be better(liek a really glossy paint job).

:bsflag: I like the clean, understated finish and color. Why does everything have to be shiny, chrome, glossy.......like kids like???? :furious:

I think it looks very professional as it is.....good job man....and dont change a thing. If you paint it glossy, I will be :furious: :furious: :furious: :furious:

Its not paint, its vinyl guys. Not meant to be shiny and flashy, meant to look integrated. The reason I did it as a cover like that is so that you can still easily take it out and access the spare tire without taking out the woofer and amp etc.

 I never said it was bad looking, i just said it could look better(imo obviously). And since when is a really nice paint job "blingy".

And its vinyll, that explains it, i bet it looks nicer in person.

That's bad ***! Great job! I'm on my first fiberglass project as well. I can only hope the finished product looks as great as yours.

Would you by chance be able to email me a bigger version or a close up pic of your amp rack? Thanks!

The box is underneath, the top piece just covers everything up and makes it look like it is all one piece. Its a ported box about 2 cubes for the XXX 12.
