I went to loews and the Depot
and I cant find any wood screws for subs
everything is countersunk :mad:

what am i missing?

Look in the Hardware section for drywall screws. They should be there. If you are looking for T-nuts, they are near there also.

I have a bunch of those upstairs, the heads get ruined quite easily if you're using a drill and you aren't being careful.

drywall screws will work fine...kept my brahma 12 in place...it should keep your MTX in place as well.

dywall screws can be used on just about anything other than drywall..

What do you use to screw the mdf together? Drywall screws for that also? Or just plain old wood screws?
