ok, well if it is such a "bad idea" then have this thread closed and locked...doesnt really matter to me just thought it could help alot of people...guess i was wrong

I found the link helpful even though I dont normally build my own boxes, you cant beat having more information, this has been added to my favorites as well, THANKS

Impressive. I put the box specs I got from Jmac (The modded ones) in it and it came out pretty close to the high SPL application. Only difference is it thinks I have a bigger trunk ;). I'd still rather trust $10 to $15 to someone who knows what they're doing.

lol put an outside width of 38" with a tuning of 40hz and it wants to change it to 33.5" not too good if it forces sizes on you ;)
