Saw different specs. on those, sometime it says 4 volts or 6.5 volts, witch one is right?

pioneer 8600, 9600 = 4v
premier 860, 960 = 6.5v

Been told that my amp (MTX1000d) perform a lot better w/ 5+ volts, otherwise distortion will be high

back the original question....
you need a removable face...may i ask why? eclipse (when purchased from an auth dealer) has a 1 year theft replacement warranty...and the newer models have ESN capability, rendering the HU worthless if stolen anyway....

Well i know about that, tell that to my buddy who got his window smashed and dashboard torn apart. He got his head unit back but lost his car for 2 days for repair.No thanks

Yea that ***** major ballz...it was just a question/suggestion. Theres upsides and downsides to everything, but its a risk you gotta take when putting in ANY aftermarket HU.
