does anybody know if i can put a remote engine ignition on an 89 lincoln? the ignition on it isnt great, i have to hold it for a few seconds before the engine will start. i dont really know much about these so im not sure if one of these would work with my car.

Should be able to. Look for a remote start that has adjustable crank time. There are several of them out there just got to look :)
