just wanted to know if these were right if not its back to the drawing board....
12" H x 32" W x 25" D(external demensions) port length of 12.65" for 38hz is that correct?

What type of port are you using? Demension of port (width - height)? Thickness of wood? Any bracing?

23.5"H x 4" W, 3/4" mdf, no bracing decisions yet.

The dimensions you gave for this enclosure and port it is tuned to 56.3hz.

ok did some recalculating, i came up with 16.5 port length for a port 10.5x4 box dimensions 12x32x25 with the same drivers does that sound about right? this time i used the formulas in the sticky hopefully it worked out.

bbp says about 10.81in but im not sure how i trust must of these programs cus they give me different numbers alot... but im too lazy to even try to figure it out...

ok i cannot figure this out, can someone please tell me what i am doing wrong, this is the equation i have and i came out 3hz to low and i cant figure it out, [(1.463*10^783.656^2)/(38^2*(4.355*1728))]-1.463

nevermind im done here moe lester helped me out turned out i was almost right on came out to about 37.5hz thanks for the help everyone :)
