Here it is. Tuned to a high 40Hz. I was thinking 60 but I though that it would be totally unnecessary and completely unlogical :D

No i will not give the specs out.

Yes there is an insane amount of bracing

Yes i have sweat out 12 ounces of sweat from working at 12 in the humid heat to 6 in the Humid heat.

Yes my white ralph lauren shirt turned pink while i was working, Don't ask how.

I almost destroyed my Morpheus SunGlasses by Blinde Design, don't ask how.

The box is ungodly heavy

Yes i will carpet it

Yes there are terminal plugs in it

Yes it will be bolted down to my cars frame

Yes i used T-nuts. <3 you req.

The Sub fit snug into the mounting hole thanks to a nifty new router tool i got :D

Now that i have avoided all questions so i can never return to this thread... ...the pics :D

i actually did think about the threaded bracing but i was worrying that the threads would eventually give way so i opted for the wood bracing instead. I had a bit left so i didn;t feel like wasting it anyways.

What inhuman meant by his comment is that you are losing SPL, not space.

All of the things you did to your "SPL" box actually made it a WORSE SPL box.

hmm i can knock out the the last bracing on the rear wall if that would work.

exactly...and ill add that if you do carpet it, you'll loose more...just look at the amount of gap you have between the brace and the port opening.

remove everything....dont resin anything until you tried it w/o...cant learn what will be better next time if ya done test all variables....we ALWAYS loose w/ resin

Resin doesn't strengthen at all either, it just seals...and waterproofs ;)

Use WD-40, it will seriously clean anything.

The threaded rods wont give way.

The box will before they do.

No it won't ...

Lighter fluid, on the other hand, will ... just don't light yourself on fire while using it :p:

Well every time that I have used it, it has worked wonderfully. Spray adhesive, super glue, gorilla glue, asphalt residue from edead, etc...

i don;t like wd-40. Lets just say that during the time i worked for USEL (Unites States Engineering Laboratories) It gave holes in my finger tips. Worst pain ever might I add. I'll try the lighter fluid Jmac!
