New speakers and etc.

Im looking into a new system fabricated in for my mustang. I just went to my local shop to get quoted for my parts and everything and I was wondering how this setup would work.

Memphis Audio MClass 6-1/2" Component Speakers in the front
Memphis Audio MClass 8" Multi-Sync Convertible Speakers
Eclipse CD8455 Head Unit and
Memphis Audio 75 x 4 Class AB Full Range Amplifier

Ill be getting subs later and the car dynamated and was wondering what everyone thinks of this setup for my speakers and HU.

Aside the subjective sound part of it, I just wanted to know what you all thought about the setup, cause I didn't want to get it if they were just tryin to sell me a crap setup. But if it's good i'll prolly put it in. They quoted me about $1000 for the parts/installs/and dynamatting of my doors, trunk, and rear deck lid.
