how do you tune a box?

so im going to try to make my first MDF box soon. and i was wondering how do you tune the box? and would a sealed or ported box be better for a sedan?

Between sealed and ported, it doesnt matter if its in a sedan. It all depends on your preferences and the space you have.

To tune a ported box, you have to play around with port area and port length.
