Well from another post I just basically found out that I could get ED eu-600's for 2.50 with the nine.1 amp becuase of the 15% discount bundle thing. So these mids are almost a bonus for me. The thing is I dont want to get another amp just to run them.

Anyways would the eu-600's which have an rms of 100w run off the Pioneer 860 internal amp with and rms of 22wx4?

I dont need the 600's to run their full potential however would they sound better than the stock speakers?

Also, would it do any harm to the Pioneer h/u by doing this?

u wouldnt harm the 860, it'll sound ok at most.
ive run my comps off the 860 b4, then switched to external amping and the difference was night and day.

i wouldn't mind if they sounded ok? how would it sound compared to regular stock speakers though?

I would think they would sound better than stock. Only real way to know is to try it and see. Worst case scenario, you can sell the mids for a lot more than you paid for them. Ill give you $5 for them- thats double your money!!!!!!! :D

Or you could keep them until you get another amp, one less thing to buy later on.
