I'm looking into replacing my front speakers, I'm looking at the Infinity Kappa 63.7i which are rated at 2ohms. Does this mean the speaker is 2 ohms and the tweeters are 2 ohms or is that the speaker and tweeter combined?

Thats why I was wondering, every other set of components I looked at was at 4ohms the kappas are the only ones I could find at 2ohms so I wanted to make sure this was correct before I purchased them

You sure about that? The ID's for example have a 2ohm mid, but the tweet is still 4ohm.
So, they may have just rated the set for the lowest impedence speaker.

$280 if you pricematch with cardomain from carmedia1.com, but as for how they compare to the Kappas, I honestly have no idea. I have heard that they are very good.
