audio experts, which amp should i use?

hey whattup im pretty car audio illiterate so could someone help me out. i need to push two alpine 10" type R 1022 subs. each are 500watts max RMS @ 2 ohms. im not really looking for the coming down the block shaking the windows sound. i just love music especially RnB so i want some clean sounding bass. ive heard all this **** about running in mono or stereo i have no clue what to do. i have a alpine 45x4 receiver. my rides a 2000 4Runner. so should i use a mono or a 2 channel amp or what to push the subs? also am i going to need 6x9's or anything other than subs to make the music sound good? so any suggestions would be helpful. ive been looking at a couple of amps like the HIFONICS ZEUS SERIES ZX7500 1,000 WATT 2 CHANNEL for around 200$.

puts out 250 watts x 2 channels @ 4 ohms with .05% THD (Total Harmonic Distortion)
    1,000 watts x 1 @ 4 ohms RMS bridged power
    500 watts x 2 @ 2 ohms

someone else mentioned to me the ED 9.1 amp?they run about 350$ i can buy an alpine MRD-m1000 digital amp from a guy for 400$. 500 watts RMS x 1 at 4 ohms :1000 watts RMS x 1 at 2 ohms. sorry for the long post so experts hit me up and let me know what you think! thanx all

You could maybe find a Nine.1 used or B stock for less..

Nothing is wrong with the HIFONICS, dare I even suggest a profile amp...

    Avionixx AXT1200.2 1200 X 1 @ 4 ohms bridged is ~200 for a refurb factory direct from what i've heard...

No, Andy, I'm sure the context is fine.
