Rockford Fosgate amp linkage

Has anyone used/seen the new Rockford Fosgate amp bridge piece that links two amps? I have two rockford amps, and I am considering getting it. Also, if anyone has seen the digital readout option for the bridge? What do you think of it? We don't sell it at Best Buy, so I don't know much about it.

I have not seen the digital read out. But I use the punch links. Makes it look like one big amp. I love em. The bigger the better

hey ramos...so you use you fosgate amps...i recently bought a Punch 300s for one orion XTR 10s...what do you think of these amps...are they good ?
you think this amp can power a 12" ?...and what kind...its 4 ohm stable when bridged...so i am looking at single coils only

Yeah I use and love Fosgate amps. Even with all the crap people are talking about the new models not being what they used to be. The only problems I have ever had with them have been due to user error.
That amp should have no problem pushing a 12". I don't know what kind of sound your after, or what kind of budget you have. But my suggestion for a single 12" would be an Adire shiva

Your amp will push it nicely. And it's dual 8ohm coils. So you can parallel them for your 4ohm mono load. Plus the sound is unbelievble for the price.

hey thanks alot...my amp is actually the 2002 model....so far i love it...it really pounds my sub...i have always heard about rockford fosgate and i think they are a great company...this is my first product from them
where i live (in the caribbean) we dont have any dealers for Adire Audio...that sub looks really good...does RF make any good 4 ohm subs that will handle 300W rms ?

hey also...the lowest frequency on my amp is 50Hz....my sub is tuned lower than that...and also i am confused because the bass boost up to 18dB is at 45Hz....so how would i achieve lower frequencies on this amp ?...eg. 45Hz ?

I think the 50hz number maybe the lowest crossover point, not the lowest frequency producable by the amp.

ohhh ok...so how do i achieve lower frequencies on this amp...i have never used RF amps before...i used a PPI which went down to 20Hz
