    hifonics amps at two channels.

Say if i were to run two subs off one hifonics bx1000d amp.... I know id get roughly 1000 watts into one channel, but if were to power two subs, how many watts will each sub get? ( all of this is at 1ohm of course)

    thanks.

you can run an unlimited number of subs off "one" channel - as long as the power and impedance match holds out, of course

To answer your question, it would depend on the ohm load...but if you end up with both 1 ohm loads, then each sub would receive half the power.
