    Arc Audio questions ??

How does Arc Audio compare in quality with Tru, Brax, Audison, etc...? After looking at both of there series,XXK and Kar, I don't see much difference in specs. Is the Kar series worth the extra money? How does the warranty department treat you if you have a problem? Thanks

    Re: Arc Audio questions ??

Customer service for Arc Audio is top notch, call'm ask any questions you may have
Not really familiar w/ Audison other than the fact they are a PITA to get, and TRU has not been in the game long enough for me to judge wether the equipment is built to last, from what I hear their CS is very good, and the product performs and is built well

Some ARc Kar models share 'some' specs with the XXk's but they are a detuned version as far as signal to noise, thd goes, but they do provide as much power-higher grade quality components are used in the xxks in comparison

    Re: Arc Audio questions ??

I'll put in a quick word for Audison, only had my two srx (cheapest line sold by Audison) amps for about six months but I must say I absolutely love them. Never go into protection, although sometimes they do get warm. The build quality is amazing and there are options galore on these things. Very high quality amps but I think arc would be slightly better, at least the srx line I know Audison's higher lines are much better but they are $$$. Price being thrown out of the picture though, I would go with tru simply because I've seen/read many many good things about them and you can't beat the look, man those amps are pretty.
