which one can you get cheaper? are you on a budget? that would be something to think about as well... but since you named two high end amps, i'm guessing that this isn' much of an issue.

Orions aren't what it used to be, back when it was really famous with their hcca stuff. made in KOrea, who outsource chinese factories. I would think RF would have similar operations. get the one you like, i'm sure both will have more than adequate power for dual XXX.

    Team Caraudio

    Sony C90, 210 EQ
Seas 27TDF/C, RE XXX 6.5, custom xo (dyn 240GT sitting idle)
    RF 60.2 amp
    eD A15.22
    Soundstream picasso 1400.1D

    Bass drive-by's are uncool.

True they are not what they used to be but they are not crap now, they just arent as amazing as they used to be. I have noticed a couple of people saying orion is **** now because DEI took over, I call on that.

Its not like DEI makes the amps or anything, its about customer service more than anything IMHO.

Go with the RF. It's big and looks purdy.

Is this not a reasonable place to park?

The older fosgates were underrated, so I expect this one to follow suite.
