    need line level convertor?

i am gonna be running my subs off my STOCK HU.. it doesnt have RCA outs.
these are the specs on my amp, tell me if i need a line level convertor.

    L+R Input RCA Jack
    L+R Output RCA Jack
    Crossover: LP-FR-HP
    RCA Freq: LP-FR-HP

do i need a LineLev.Convertor to run this amp and subs?

cuz my friend has an '86 buick and runs his off his tape deck, so i dont think that owuld have RCA outs, and he isnt using a LLC. He says i need High Level Input on my amp.
    will i need LLC?

and on the MTX site it says my amp has:**
    RCA OUTPUT:
Variable Hi, Low or Full Range.

Yep, you need one. Some amps have speaker level inputs - yours doesn't.
